West Virginia's infrastructure got a D+ rating from the American Society of Civil Engineers. Our roads are old and underfunded. Nearly a third are in poor or fair condition. And every year, that deferred maintenance costs West Virginia drivers $1.6 BILLION in injuries and damages.
